Privacy policy

This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit deluxgroup.ltd or contact us, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is DELUX LIMITED GROUP LTD (Company No. 17116020), trading as DELUX Group. For any privacy question or request, email info@deluxgroup.ltd.

What we collect

  • Details you enter in the quote form: name, company (optional), email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in and your message.
  • Emails you send to us, with the details they contain.
  • Technical data needed to deliver the website securely, such as your IP address and browser information, processed by our hosting provider.

Why we use it and on what basis

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To keep the website secure and prevent abuse of the form, for example by limiting how many messages can be sent in a short time: our legitimate interest in a secure service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not make automated decisions about you.

Who processes it for us

  • Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting of the website, security and delivery of form messages and emails.
  • Google LLC: the mailbox in which we receive and answer enquiries.

Both providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them. If an enquiry does not lead to an assignment, we delete it within 12 months. If it does, we keep the related data for as long as the assignment requires and as required by law, for example for accounting.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising or other tracking cookies, and does not load fonts, images or scripts from third parties. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site against abuse. Because no non-essential cookies are used, no cookie consent is required.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing and to receive it in a portable format. To use these rights, email info@deluxgroup.ltd. We reply within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données) at www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
